		<description>This is what happens when you have an under-trained, under-paid, unmotivated workforce doing a boring job. It&#039;s all the same issues that I had with airport security before 9/11 and that others had been putting out warnings about. I personally think they should hire personnel who are typically labeled with certain learning disorders. You need someone who can do certain key tasks over and over again in detail without getting bored. There are people who can do that who are very underutilized. I&#039;m not saying the entire workforce, but having someone that focused on the job can keep others on their toes.</description>
