I am really looking forward to doing virtually nothing this weekend. It’s the first weekend since June 23-24 that I’m not traveling out of town and don’t have family visiting. That’s a whole two months without a free weekend. I have so much TV to catch up on. (0)

The Rangers beat the Orioles 30-3 last night, in the first game of a double header. From Rob Neyer: “My favorite statistic about last night’s game? The Orioles gave up more earned runs in one game — in 3 hours and 21 minutes — than Brandon Webb has given up in the last three months (and yes, I swiped that one from Buster Olney).” Webb gave up a run in the first last night, ending his scoreless inning streak at 42. Bees

This is gonna be fun. I didn't notice them at all when I left for work this morning, and it's the kind of thing you'd think I'd see. That means the whole thing appeared while I was at work today. I've gotten suggestions of Raid Bee Killer, or a hose from a distance, but I'll probably take the easy way out and call an exterminator. Nothing easier than just paying someone else to handle it for me. Anyone else have any suggestions (or exterminator recommendations in Santa Barbara) before I call someone tomorrow?
