Stopper

Oliver Perez threw 8 innings today, giving most of the Mets bullpen a much needed rest. He gave up 2 runs (1 earned), throwing 102 pitches, 70 for strikes. Aaron Heilman gave up a one-out double, but threw a scoreless 9th. The Mets won 7-2.
