Has Mainstream Media Caught On?

Hopefully. Bloggermann, Keith Olbermann.

Thus the majority of the media has yet to touch the other stories of Ohio (the amazing Bush Times Ten voting machine in Gahanna) or the sagas of Ohio South: huge margins for Bush in Florida counties in which registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans 2-1, places where the optical scanning of precinct totals seems to have turned results from perfect matches for the pro-Kerry exit poll data, to Bush sweeps.

We will be endeavoring to pull those stories, along with the Warren County farce, into the mainstream Monday and/or Tuesday nights on Countdown.

What will Bush do with his Mandate and his Political Capital? He got the highest vote total for a presidential candidate, you know. Did anybody notice who’s second on the list? A Mr. Kerry.

Does it matter? Are we going to overturn the vote? It is too late. All this pissing and moaning isn’t going to do any good. John Kerry was not a good candidate. He was the lesser of two evils. The democratic party was split between those who like Kerry and those who hated Bush (anyone hear Andy Rooney last night?). To complain about this election anymore is point-less. Lets concentrate on more constructive endeavors.

More constructive endeavors… like making sure every vote is counted, and more importantly, making sure every vote is counted next time.

The only way to make sure things work right next time is to show that they didn’t this time. I don’t believe any of this will overturn the election.

More constructive endevors like finding a candidate people will actually like. Or registering Republican and voting for Dick Cheney in the prelims so that whoever is nominated fromthe democratic party will look good next to that monster. It is obvious that they are not even trying to cover up the voting scandal. I am surprised they don’t just fess up and have a good laugh at us. We have 4 years to put together a long term plan that wins back the house and senate, and the big seat. That is a worthwhile endeavor in my most humble opinion.
