I hit the first home run of my slow-pitch softball career tonight! A drive to the gap in center field, and I beat the throw home. It was one of only two pitches I swung at during the game. The other one, I fouled off. I only saw one called strike. The pitcher had a really hard time finding the plate, and most of them weren’t close. The HR probably would have been ball two in that AB. I finished 1-1, 3 BB, 2 RBI, 4 R. We won 12-11. It was fun.

I demand a drug test! We’re supposed to believe that all of a sudden you have power? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Next thing we know, your head won’t fit into your helmet, your testicles will shrink to the size of raisins, and you’ll say things under oath like, “I swear I didn’t know what it was! My trainer told me it was flaxseed oil!”

Just kidding… even Luis Castillo homers every once in a while… Errr, I mean, congrats. Don’t let it go to your head. 🙂
